The Team Engagement Map workshop has been designed as a way for participants to summarise, record and share key motivational characteristics about their team. The workshop brings a team together to explore each others' personal drivers and how to effectively engage each team member.
As a part of the workshop, each team member will receive a TTI Success Insights DISC and Driving Forces Profile (known as Talent Insights). Utilising this Profile, each team member will share:
Each participant will complete their own map of each of their colleagues' primary drivers, things that might engage them and the environment to create around them to be at their best.
The Team Engagement Map is a half-day initiative and can be facilitated virtually or as an in-person workshop. It is designed for teams of 10 or fewer.
In this session, we will build out the Driving Forces framework and how it can be used by the group to better understand one another and increase the effectiveness of their interactions.
In this session, we explore each team members “Primary” Driving Forces. It is important to understand these primary Driving Forces because they tend to guide decision making and the things people align with (as well as the things people move away from).
In this session, we explore some of the possible energisers for each participant based on their Driving Forces, including things that might energise, excite or engage each team member.
In this session, we explore each participant's behavioural style to provide some tips others should try to avoid when communicating with them. To help avoid situations that create frustration and degrade trust.
As a part of the workshop, each participant will build their own Team Engagement Map. This map serves as a guide for how to connect with and engage with each team member.
