The Team Triggers Map workshop has been designed as a way for participants to summarise, record and share key emotional triggers within their team. We are all prompted to react to a culmination of a series of events, both positive and negative. We each have personal emotional triggers, and this workshop is designed to explore these within a team.
As a part of the workshop, each team member will receive a TTI Success Insights DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient Profile (known as TriMetrix EQ). Utilising this Profile, each team member will share:
Each participant will complete their own map of each of their colleagues' possible positive and negative emotional triggers based on their behavioural style and personal drivers.
The Team Engagement Map is a half-day initiative and can be facilitated virtually or as an in-person workshop. It is designed for teams of 10 or fewer.
